Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Kuykendall Nursery LLC, we strive to make the process of receiving wholesale nursery stock as smooth and reliable as possible. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing an order.

1. Minimum Orders
  • We are a wholesale-only nursery and do not sell individual plants for retail use.

  • Minimum order requirements may apply depending on location, delivery method, or season.

2. Delivery Options

We offer the following options for receiving your order:

  • Customer Pickup: Orders may be picked up at our nursery in McMinnville, TN, by appointment only.

  • Delivery by Truck: We can arrange delivery for larger orders within a certain radius. Delivery fees will apply.

  • Freight Shipping: For out-of-state or long-distance orders, freight carriers can be arranged. Customers are responsible for freight costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Shipping and Handling Costs
  • Shipping and freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

  • Quotes for freight can be provided upon request at the time of order confirmation.

4. Preparation of Orders
  • All orders are dug, prepared, and loaded with care to ensure plant quality.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping instructions and being available to receive plant material at the agreed-upon time.

5. Delivery Timing
  • We make every effort to meet requested delivery dates; however, timing is subject to weather, seasonality, and availability.

  • Delays due to weather, carriers, or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of Kuykendall Nursery LLC.

6. Responsibility After Delivery — FOB Origin
  • All sales are FOB Origin (McMinnville, TN).

  • Once nursery stock is loaded onto the truck at our nursery, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

  • Kuykendall Nursery LLC is not responsible for damage, delays, or loss that occurs after loading.

7. Customer Responsibility for Unloading
  • Customers are responsible for providing adequate labor and/or equipment to unload trucks at the delivery site.

  • Unloading must be completed in a timely manner to avoid additional charges from carriers.

  • Kuykendall Nursery LLC and contracted carriers are not responsible for unloading nursery stock.
