Refund Policy

At Kuykendall Nursery LLC, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality nursery stock. Because trees and plants are living products, we cannot guarantee their survival once they leave our nursery. However, we are committed to fair business practices and will work with our customers to resolve issues whenever possible.
1. Returns

All sales of live plant material are final.

We do not accept returns once nursery stock has left our care, as we cannot control planting conditions, handling, or maintenance after delivery.
2. Refunds and Replacements

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

The plant material was incorrect due to our error (wrong species, size, or quantity).

The plant material was clearly damaged or unhealthy at the time of delivery or pickup.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup to be eligible for consideration. Supporting photos may be required.
3. Shipping and Handling

Any approved refunds will not include shipping or handling charges.

In the case of replacement, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to digging or preparation without penalty.

Once digging has begun, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for refund.
5. No Guarantee After Delivery
Due to variables beyond our control (soil conditions, weather, watering, care, etc.), we cannot guarantee the survival or future performance of plant material once it has been accepted by the customer.
